  • Do you offer installation?

    Yes! We partner with elite installers who are experts in their field! With over 40 years of floor covering experience, your project will be in good hands.

  • Can you match my existing floor?

    We want you to love your floors. So, we will do our very best to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the ever-changing market trends, we cannot guarantee an exact match to your existing floor. We recommend bringing in a sample of your existing floor to our showroom, and our staff will do their best to match it or find comparable products.

  • Do you offer financing?

    We are a family owned and operated business, so we understand certain priorities come first. At this time, we do not offer financing on any flooring products.

  • Do you charge for measurements?

    If you need your floors measured, we provide complimentary measurements to customers within the San Luis Valley. Trip charges are only incurred on the installation estimate, at the time of installation. These charges are based on location distance from Alamosa, current fuel rates, and the number of days travelled.

  • What is your return policy?

    We understand that life happens, and things don't always go according to plan. For in-stock items, there is a 15% restocking fee, and all items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in. For special-order items a 35% restocking fee will be charged for orders cancelled within 15 days of the original order date. Any remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a refund check.
